SDI’s Senior Vice President of Operations and an expert in dynamic business environments, both domestically and internationally, Cris created a functional service model that delivers year-over-year cost savings and focuses on process savings for SDI’s clients– all while reducing capital investment and increasing ROI. Cris is a long-term SDI veteran with nearly 20 years at the Company. He oversees all Site Operations and Purchasing, leveraging his expertise to ensure continued world class operational excellence.
Formerly with Pemcor Packaging, TMI Integrated Services and Saint Gobain Abrasives, Cris has worked in a wide range of industrial markets, gaining exposure to diverse supply chain and manufacturing processes for abrasives, cutting tools and general industrial MRO products. This expertise with supply chain management allows Cris to help SDI’s clients take a more connected, holistic approach to their FM Spares and MRO as it relates to their operational goals and business objectives.
