Further demonstrating the impact of MRO on production reliability
BRISTOL, PA., Nov. 5, 2015 – Earlier this week SDI, North America’s leading supply chain management company focused on MRO, announced that Vice President of Solution Design, Missy Decker, has achieved certification from The Association for Maintenance Professionals (AMP) as a Certified Reliability Leader (CRL).
Because the MRO supply chain has a direct impact on production reliability, SDI is committed to the principles contained within the Uptime Elements and CRL Body of Knowledge. Ms. Decker is among an elite group of less than 1,000 professionals that are authorized to use the CRL credentials.
“We are thrilled that Missy has achieved this great accomplishment and is leading the way in expanding how companies think about MRO,” said Jim Owens, SVP of Business Development. “It’s not just MRO for the sake of MRO. It’s a supply chain process that can directly impact business outcomes. The CRL certification further supports the fact that MRO is an essential element in the world of Reliability.”
As part of her journey in Reliability leadership, Ms. Decker has also joined the Women in Reliability and Maintenance organization.
