Bristol, PA–Last week, SDI, the leading provider of MRO integrated supply chain management services in North America, announced the promotion of Missy Decker to the position of Vice President of Solution Design. Decker started her career working side by side with the founders of MRO integrated supply chain management and brings 33 years of dedicated MRO experience to this client-centric position.
To meet the changing needs of our clients in the face of globalization and increasingly competitive markets, Decker will be dedicated wholly to helping SDI’s clients achieve innovative, best-in-class solutions for MRO that are fully aligned with the goals, objectives and strategies of their organizations. Leading SDI’s clients towards operational excellence as a means to stay efficient and nimble, Decker will focus on each client’s operations across their enterprise, to ensure each receives a customized, comprehensive and truly integrated supply chain management solution.
Throughout her 33 years with SDI, Decker has worked with many of SDI’s clients, across the supply chain spectrum and across many industry verticals. She has tenure in Operations, Sourcing, Business Information, Sales, Special Projects, Sales Operations & Support, and Business Process Redesign, in addition to experience working with Site Buyers, Accounting and Billing. She has extensive working knowledge of each of SDI’s offerings and works seamlessly with marketing, business development, field operations and engineering services to lead the solution design process beyond traditional expectations, driving continuous improvement.
This experience gives her a uniquely holistic understanding of the needs of any organization, from individual departments to isolated sites to the enterprise as a whole. It means she knows the right questions to ask, so SDI can build the right solution. The first time. Every time.
